A delicious, fruity and appealing red wine that is highly representative of the estate’s terroir.
Vintage : 2012
Soil : Sandy soil facing south. The Syrah develop an intense vegetation to soak up the sun and to develop juicy fruit.
Grape varieties : 100% Syrah.
Vinification : The harvest is brought in by night to prevent oxidation and the use of large quantities of SO2. Fermentations are temperature-controlled using natural yeasts to preserve primary aromas.
Wine and food : cooked pork meats, grilled meat, cheese...
To keep the wine : 2-3 years.
