A delicious red wine of excellent quality and a true pleasure to drink. Blackberry and blackcurrant aromas come forward from this deep crimson red wine. A subtle blend of fruit and spices await the palate.

Soil : At the foot of the sandy terraces, the colluviums of these 10 hectares (37 acres) of Côtes du Rhône vineyards provide a deep foundation for this light, filtering soil that heats up so rapidly with the arrival of spring. The area’s ground-water resources bring out the fruity character of these wines with their intense aromas and good length on the palate.
Grape varieties : 50% Grenache – 30% Syrah – 10% Mourvedre – 10% Cinsault.
Average vines age - 40 years.
Vinification : The harvest is brought in by night to prevent oxidation and avoid the use of SO2. Fermentation is based on natural yeasts and is maintained at a temperature of 28°C (82°F) to preserve the wine’s fruity character.
